Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 1 3/4 cups almond meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine all dry ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix to combine well. Batter should be thick and not too runny.
  • Pour into a lined tray and bake at 160C for 40-50 minutes, or until set and golden, and should come out clear when a toothpick in stuck into it.
  • Serve warm, but great chilled !
