No-Bake Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pie

A rich and indulgent dessert featuring layers of biscuit, peanut butter, and dark chocolate, prepared without the need for baking.

- 150 g butter
- 250 g choc ripple biscuits
- 500 g crunchy peanut butter
- 1⅓ cups icing sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Grease a 22cm springform pan.
Grease a 22cm springform pan.
Melt 125g of butter. Process biscuits into fine crumbs, and stir through the melted butter. Then press firmly into the base of the pan & refrigerate to set.
Beat 100g softened butter with the peanut butter and icing sugar until smooth. Spread over the biscuit base and return to the fridge.
Melt the remaining 25g butter with the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Spread over the peanut butter layer, and sprinkle over chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until set.
