A savory stir-fried noodle dish with tender seafood, fresh vegetables, and Hakubaku Organic Udon. Inspired by Japanese izakayas, it’s a fast, delicious meal perfect for any night!

Ingredients
- 1 packet Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
- 800 g fresh seafood mix
- 300 g cabbage cuts
- 120 g carrot sliced 4cm x 2 cm
- 150 g bean shoots
- 80 g spring onion cut
Sauce
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml cooking sake
- 20 g Japanese dashi powder
Garnish
- Red pickled ginger beni shoga
- Dried seaweed flakes ao nori
- Bonito flakes
Cook noodles by following the instructions on the package. Cool under running cold water, then drain and leave aside.
Spread sesame oil in a hot pan and cook vegetables to your liking.
Spread sesame oil in a hot pan and cook the seafood mix.
Add noodles, sauce ingredients, and approximately 100ml of the seafood juice from step 2. Cook the mixture until the noodles absorb the flavours.
Adjust flavour with salt and pepper then serve in a bowl with garnish.
