Apple & Prosciutto Cheese Board
A delightful combination of sweet and savory. Enjoy thinly sliced pears and apples paired with creamy blue cheese, tangy cheddar, and salty prosciutto. Add a touch of sweetness with Medjool dates and a drizzle of honey for a truly indulgent experience.

- 1 pear
- 2 apples 1 pink lady, 1 granny smith
- 40 g blue cheese
- 40 g brie
- 10 slices Prosciutto
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 5 medjool dates
- 4 strawberries
- 4 slices grapefruit
- 40 g cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- Handful of walnuts
Slice pears and apples and scatter them over both boards.
Sprinkle lemon juice of the apples and pears to prevent browning.
Add the prosciutto, blue cheese and rosemary to one board.
Add Medjool dates, cheddar cheese, and strawberries to the other board.
Drizzle honey over both boards.
