- 1 pear
- 2 apples 1 pink lady, 1 granny smith
- 40 g blue cheese
- 40 g brie
- 10 slices Prosciutto
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 5 medjool dates
- 4 strawberries
- 4 slices grapefruit
- 40 g cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- Handful of walnuts

- Slice pears and apples and scatter them over both boards.
- Sprinkle lemon juice of the apples and pears to prevent browning.
- Add the prosciutto, blue cheese and rosemary to one board.
- Add Medjool dates, cheddar cheese, and strawberries to the other board.
