- 1 packet Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
- Water to boil
Ingredients for Udon Dashi Soup
- 600 ml dashi soup
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml mirin
- 30 ml Cooking sake
Ingredients for Curry Sauce
- S&B Golden Curry Medium-Hot
- Water/chicken stock
- 30 g beef tenderloin sliced
- ½ onion sliced
- 3 mushrooms sliced
- ½ carrot sliced
Curry Sauce
Pan-fry onion, mushroom, carrot, and meat with a small amount of oil.
Once the ingredients are cooked through, add water/chicken stock and bring to boil.
Add curry roux to desired consistency
