Ingredients

  • 1 packet Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
  • Water to boil

Ingredients for Udon Dashi Soup

  • 600 ml dashi soup
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml mirin
  • 30 ml Cooking sake

Ingredients for Curry Sauce

  • S&B Golden Curry Medium-Hot
  • Water/chicken stock
  • 30 g beef tenderloin sliced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 3 mushrooms sliced
  • ½ carrot sliced

Garnish

  • Chopped spring onion

Instructions

Hakubaku Udon

  • Cook noodles by following the instructions on the packet.

Udon Dashi Soup

  • Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

Curry Sauce

  • Pan-fry onion, mushroom, carrot, and meat with a small amount of oil.
  • Once the ingredients are cooked through, add water/chicken stock and bring to boil.
  • Add curry roux to desired consistency

To serve

  • Add noodles in a bowl, followed by soup, and curry sauce, then garnish.
