Dry Curry Rice
- 800 g steam rice
- 200 g frozen mixed vegetable diced
- 2-3 tablespoons S&B Curry Powder
- 100 g onions diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Curry Sauce
- S&B Golden Curry Mild
- 200 g mushrooms sliced
- 300 g beef tenderloins sliced
Dry Curry Rice
Sauté onions and mixed vegetables in a pan until softened.
Add rice and stir-fry until slightly dry. Season with salt, pepper, and S&B Curry Powder.
Curry Sauce
In a pot, cook beef and mushrooms until the beef is browned.
Add water or chicken stock, bring to a boil, and stir in S&B Golden Curry roux until fully dissolved.
To Serve
Beat eggs in a bowl and cook a thin omelette in a small pan.
Place a portion of dry curry rice in the center of the omelette and fold it into an oval shape.
Transfer the omelette to a plate and pour curry sauce on top.
