Ingredients

Dry Curry Rice

  • 800 g steam rice
  • 200 g frozen mixed vegetable diced
  • 2-3 tablespoons S&B Curry Powder
  • 100 g onions diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Curry Sauce

  • S&B Golden Curry Mild
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • 300 g beef tenderloins sliced

Omelette

  • 8 eggs

Instructions

Dry Curry Rice

  • Sauté onions and mixed vegetables in a pan until softened.
  • Add rice and stir-fry until slightly dry. Season with salt, pepper, and S&B Curry Powder.

Curry Sauce

  • In a pot, cook beef and mushrooms until the beef is browned.
  • Add water or chicken stock, bring to a boil, and stir in S&B Golden Curry roux until fully dissolved.

To Serve

  • Beat eggs in a bowl and cook a thin omelette in a small pan.
  • Place a portion of dry curry rice in the center of the omelette and fold it into an oval shape.
  • Transfer the omelette to a plate and pour curry sauce on top.
