Creamy red potatoes, fiery green chilies, salty anchovies, and garlic come together in a bold, flavorful mash. Served with warm flatbread, it's a simple yet vibrant dish full of Persian flair!

- 6 medium red potatoes
- 4 large green chillis
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 4 garlic cloves
- Sea salt flakes
- 50 ml Olive oil
- Flatbread for serving
Peel potatoes and add them to a saucepan with water. Boil until soft.
Add potatoes to a bowl with chopped chillies, anchovies, ground garlic, and olive oil.
Mash the ingredients until well combined.
Serve in a bowl with flatbread.
