Ingredients

  • 6 medium red potatoes
  • 4 large green chillis
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • Flatbread for serving

  • Add potatoes to a bowl with chopped chillies, anchovies, ground garlic, and olive oil.
