- 450 g can of corn kernels
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- ⅓ cup rice flour
- ⅓ tapioca starch
- ¾ cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tbsp water
- ¼ cup lime leaf sliced
- Oil for deep frying
- ABC Original Chilli Sauce
Mix corn, egg, red curry paste and baking powder well.
Add all flour, sugar, salt and lime leaf. Then mix until all ingredients are combined.
Adjust the consistency by slowly adding in water.
Heat oil to medium-high heat.
Use a spoon to take the mixture then deep fry until crispy.
Serve with ABC Chilli Sauce.
