Vegetarian, low lactose, gluten free, nut free.
Serves 2 | Prep time: 10 mins.
- 4 scoops chocolate Glucerna powder
- 150g silken tofu
- 50g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 tsp golden syrup
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape the sides of the bowl and continue blending as needed.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Spoon mixture into a serving glass or bowl.
Top with shaved chocolate.
