Vegetarian, low lactose, gluten free, nut free.

Serves 2 | Prep time: 10 mins. 


  • 4 scoops chocolate Glucerna powder
  • 150g silken tofu
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 2 tsp golden syrup


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape the sides of the bowl and continue blending as needed. 
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. 
  3. Spoon mixture into a serving glass or bowl.

Top with shaved chocolate.
