Ingredients
- 2 tbsp
chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk or your favourite milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- small handful of blueberries frozen or fresh
- 1 tbsp coconut or natural yogurt
- 2 tsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp granola

Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds, cacao powder, almond milk and cinnamon in a small jar or bowl. Leave on the counter at room temperature to thicken for about 15 minutes.
- Once thickened, give the mixture another stir and add a splash of milk if needed. Place mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
- Top with blueberries, yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup and granola to serve and enjoy!
