Emergency Lemon Mug CakeElena Duggan
- 20g Butter
- 1 Lemon, zest and juice
- 15g Stevia
- 50g Almond meal
- 1 egg
- Choose your mug. Melt butter in mug in microwave, and then remove it from microwave.
- Using a fork, thoroughly combine all other ingredients in the same mug.
- Cook in microwave on high/ default setting for 1.5 minutes, cake may need up to 2 minutes.
- Serve with cream or ice cream if desired
