Multigrain Veg Pancake Glucerna Vanilla

Low lactose I vegetarian friendly I low sodium I low fat


  • 1 tbs finger millet flour
  • 1 tbsp gram four
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp Glucerna powder
  • ¼ cup water
  •  Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric


  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach


  1. In a mixing bowl, add finger millet, oat, and gram flour. Combine well.
  2. Add in the spices and mix.
  3. Add all the vegetables and combine well.
  4. Add Glucerna powder, water with a pinch of salt and combine thoroughly.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan and brush with olive oil and pour a scoop of batter.
  6. Cover and cook both sides on medium heat until golden or thoroughly cooked.
  7. Serve hot with fresh coriander and mint chutney.
