Multigrain Veg Pancake Glucerna Vanilla

Ingredients:
- 1 tbs finger millet flour
- 1 tbsp gram four
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp Glucerna powder
- ¼ cup water
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
Vegetables
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- ¼ cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add finger millet, oat, and gram flour. Combine well.
- Add in the spices and mix.
- Add all the vegetables and combine well.
- Add Glucerna powder, water with a pinch of salt and combine thoroughly.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush with olive oil and pour a scoop of batter.
- Cover and cook both sides on medium heat until golden or thoroughly cooked.
- Serve hot with fresh coriander and mint chutney.
