Ingredients
- 1 /12 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1/3 maple syrup
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over low boiling water
- In a mixing bowl, mix in the oats, coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter. Stir to combine until fully incorporated.
- Line a loaf tin tray with baking paper and place this as your base layer. Set in the fridge or freezer until firm.
- In a clean bowl, mash the raspberries then fold in the chia seeds. Allow this to sit for 10 minutes so the chia seeds soak up the raspberries and start to plump.
- Add this as your second later, then set.
- Add the melted chocolate as your third and final layer.
- Set and cut slices. Store in the fridge.
