Ingredients

  • 1 /12 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1/3 maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl over low boiling water
  • In a mixing bowl, mix in the oats, coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter.  Stir to combine until fully incorporated.
  • Line a loaf tin tray with baking paper and place this as your base layer.  Set in the fridge or freezer until firm.
  • In a clean bowl, mash the raspberries then fold in the chia seeds.  Allow this to sit for 10 minutes so the chia seeds soak up the raspberries and start to plump.
  • Add this as your second later, then set.
  • Add the melted chocolate as your third and final layer.
  • Set and cut slices.  Store in the fridge.
