- 1 packet Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
- 800 g fresh seafood mix
- 300 g cabbage cuts
- 120 g carrot sliced 4cm x 2 cm
- 150 g bean shoots
- 80 g spring onion cut
Sauce
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml cooking sake
- 20 g Japanese dashi powder
Garnish
- Red pickled ginger beni shoga
- Dried seaweed flakes ao nori
- Bonito flakes

Instructions
- Cook noodles by following the instructions on the package. Cool under running cold water, then drain and leave aside.
- Spread sesame oil in a hot pan and cook vegetables to your liking.
- Spread sesame oil in a hot pan and cook the seafood mix.
- Add noodles, sauce ingredients, and approximately 100ml of the seafood juice from step 2. Cook the mixture until the noodles absorb the flavours.
- Adjust flavour with salt and pepper then serve in a bowl with garnish.
