Almond Butter

Makes 1 x 500g jar, ~25 serves, Prep-time: 10minutes


  • 500g roasted almonds or natural almonds that you have roasted and cooled.
  • 3 scoops ensure Neutral Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Light extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processer.
  2. Blend, stopping to push the almond mix onto the blades as often as needed.
  3. If the food processer is struggling to blend the nuts add an extra splash of light extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Store in air tight container or glass jars in the fridge for a few weeks.
