Makes 1 x 500g jar, ~25 serves, Prep-time: 10minutes
- 500g roasted almonds or natural almonds that you have roasted and cooled.
- 3 scoops ensure Neutral Powder
- 1 teaspoon Light extra virgin olive oil
- Place all ingredients into a food processer.
- Blend, stopping to push the almond mix onto the blades as often as needed.
- If the food processer is struggling to blend the nuts add an extra splash of light extra virgin olive oil.
- Store in air tight container or glass jars in the fridge for a few weeks.
