  • 500 g pitted frozen cherries
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Apricot slices
  • Salt
  • Honey

  • Place the frozen cherries in a blender. Add a drizzle of honey. Sprinkle in a small amount of salt & pour in the olive oil.
  • Blend the mixture until it reaches a soft, sorbet-like consistency.
  • Transfer the sorbet to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced apricots and an additional cherry if desired.
  • Drizzle with a small amount of honey for added sweetness.
  • Serve immediately for a light and refreshing dessert.
