- 150 g butter
- 250 g choc ripple biscuits
- 500 g crunchy peanut butter
- 1⅓ cups icing sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Grease a 22cm springform pan.

- Grease a 22cm springform pan.
- Melt 125g of butter. Process biscuits into fine crumbs, and stir through the melted butter. Then press firmly into the base of the pan & refrigerate to set.
- Beat 100g softened butter with the peanut butter and icing sugar until smooth. Spread over the biscuit base and return to the fridge.
- Melt the remaining 25g butter with the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Spread over the peanut butter layer, and sprinkle over chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until set.
