Makes 12 | Prep time: 10 mins.

Vegetarian, low lactose.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup vanilla Glucerna powder
  • 200g dates, pitted
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup almonds

Method:

  1. Soak dates in warm water until soft. Drain and set aside. 
  2. Blitz Glucerna powder, dates, oats and almonds in a food processor till mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  3. Shape mixture into balls using slightly damp hands.
