Vegetarian, low lactose.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup vanilla Glucerna powder
- 200g dates, pitted
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almonds
Method:
- Soak dates in warm water until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Blitz Glucerna powder, dates, oats and almonds in a food processor till mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Shape mixture into balls using slightly damp hands.
