Wonton Noodle Soup Delight
Ingredients
- 1 L Massell chicken stock
- 1 pkt hakubaku soba noodles
- 1 pkt Wonton wrappers
- 100 g pork mince
- 1 bunch spring onions
- A nob of ginger
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- To make the wonton mix; mix the pork mince with spring onions, grated ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil until the mixture is fully combined.
- Place a tsp onto the wonton wrappers, then fold in half, sealing with a little water
- To make the broth, use the scraps of the spring onions and ginger, add to a pot, and add the stock, then bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then season with soy sauce
- meanwhile, boil the dumplings and noodles in boiling salted water
- Serve in a bowl, with spring onions on top
