Ingredients

  • 1 L Massell chicken stock
  • 1 pkt hakubaku soba noodles
  • 1 pkt Wonton wrappers
  • 100 g pork mince
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • A nob of ginger
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • To make the wonton mix; mix the pork mince with spring onions, grated ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil until the mixture is fully combined.
  • Place a tsp onto the wonton wrappers, then fold in half, sealing with a little water
  • To make the broth, use the scraps of the spring onions and ginger, add to a pot, and add the stock, then bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then season with soy sauce
  • meanwhile, boil the dumplings and noodles in boiling salted water
  • Serve in a bowl, with spring onions on top
