Chili Tuna Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 long red chili finely chopped
  • 120g cauliflower finely grated or chopped
  • 180g sirena tuna in chili oil
  • 300g penne pasta cooked 3⁄4 way through
  • 60g grated parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. Place EVOO in medium pan with garlic over high heat and cook for 1 minute
  2. Add chili and cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes stirring
  3. Add drained tuna and cook for 1 minute
  4. Pour pasta into a baking dish and pour tuna over the top and mix well
  5. Cover with cheese and place in an oven with the grill function for 5-8 minutes at 220 until brown
