Banana and Coconut Raita

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds, toasted in ghee
  • 100g fresh grated coconut
  • 1 lge banana, just ripe, sliced 5mm
  • 250g Natural yoghurt
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare the raita by combining all ingredients in a bowl, set aside to serve.
