- 150g Beef rump, tenderised
- 10g Plain flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 5ml Milk
- 25g Breadcrumbs
- 20g Butter
- 10ml Vegetable oil
- 1 Whole egg
- 25g Rocket
- 5g Parmesan, shaved
- Butterfly and tenderise your steak.
- Place in seasoned flour and pat dry.
- Add to egg wash and coat fully then place in the breadcrumbs.
- In a hot frying pan add the veg oil and place the beef inside.
- After a couple of minutes and a nice colour on the crumb turn over and give a couple of more minutes. Keep basting it the whole time.
- Once nice colour both sides, add the butter and foam turning the chicken over getting a good colour all around.
- Fry of your egg starting out in cold pan.
- Dress your final plate with your rocket and parmesan.
