Beef Tataki with Nuoc Mam DressingKhanh Ong
- 250g sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tsp togarashi
- pinch of salt
- Nuoc mam dressing
- 1 red radishes julienned
- Micro shiso/ shiso / tips of Vietnamese Mint
- Togarashi (pinch)
- ½ tsp fried shallots
- 1 tbsp edamame
- 1 tsp chives
- Brush the steak with EVOO and cover with togarashi and salt
- pour the leftover EVOO into a hot pan and sear the steak for 1 minute on all sides.
