Ingredients:

Serves: 4

  • 2 Granny Smith Apples, grated
  • 500ml Apple juice
  • 200g Dried Sultanas
  • 300g Rolled Oats
  • 50g Dried orange peel
  • 5g Cinnamon powder
  • 200g Muesli 

To Serve:

  • 50ml Organic yoghurt
  • Fresh seasonal fruits, to garnish

Method:

Muesli:

  1. Add all your ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine well. Store in the fridge until needed

To Serve:

  1. Top with yoghurt and seasonal fruits
