Chia Coconut Porridge

Ingredients:

Serves: 1

  • 150g Chia Seeds
  • 300ml Coconut milk
  • 150ml Water
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 strawberries
  • 15g Blackberries

Method:

  1. Soak chia seeds overnight
  2. Place the chia seeds seeds and coconut milk into a pan, evenly combine and heat up.
  3. Add the water a little at a time during a ten minute cook out process.
  4. Remove from the heat, allow to cool
  5. Spoon the porridge (cold) into the bowl. Cut strawberries, passion fruit and blackberries in half, arrange onto the porridge
