Mango and banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops Ensure Vanilla Powder
  • ¼ cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 100ml milk
  • 150ml natural probiotic milk or natural yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker
  2. Blend until combined and bubbly!
  3. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy
