Picnic Cheese Board

- Hard Cheese
- Soft Cheese
- Blue Cheese
- 1 baguette
- A bunch of Green Grapes
- Honeycomb
- Salami (sliced)
- Smoked Salmon Dip
- Artisan Crackers
- Beetroot dip
- Poppy Seed Skordalia Dip
- Dukkah
- Stuffed Bell Peppers
- Marinated Olives (pitted)
Method:
There are no rules or method to making the perfect cheese board but here are few tips:
- Different colours, flavours and textures always work well together.
- Be adventurous with your dips – Laura assembled her’s with the Poppy Seed Skordalia as base, top with a beetroot dip and then sprinkled dukkah on top.
- Generous always looks best and have something on there for everyone.
