Can also be made with mangos. 


  • 100g Raspberries, frozen (we use Raspberries from Perfection Fresh)
  • 150ml Water
  • 60g Rolled Oats 
  • 1 Tbsp Honey, organic 
  • 1 Tsp Peanut Butter
  • Roasted nuts to garnish and fresh raspberries 



  1. Mix the oats, water and frozen berries together in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Following morning, add your honey and give it a mix before garnishing with your peanut butter, nuts and fresh berries.
