Ingredients:

  • 100g Almond Meal
  • 100g Cranberries, diced
  • 50g Goji Berries, diced
  • 50g Berry Powder
  • 50g Raw Cacao Powder
  • 50g Coconut Oil
  • 50g Nut Butter
  • 50g Rice Malt Syrup
  • Pink salt, to taste

Method:

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Combine and flatten into a tray
  3. Refrigerate until set and slice into bars.
  4. Keep refrigerated until serving
