- 240g Risotto
- 400ml Oat milk
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 4 Tbsp organic honey
- 2 Tsp vanilla paste
- Honeycomb to garnish
- Place your rice in a pot on low heat, then add vanilla paste and honey into the pot and stir to combine.
- Combine milks into one liquid then bit by bit, continuously add you milks as the rice absorbs it all (exactly like a risotto). This should take about 20 minutes.
- Once the milks are fully incorporated, the pudding is ready to serve. Enjoy with the fruits of your choice or my personal favourite honeycomb.
- Note this is a great dessert that is vegan and dairy free.
