The Forgotten Rice Pudding

  • 240g Risotto
  • 400ml Oat milk
  • 400ml Coconut milk 
  • 4 Tbsp organic honey 
  • 2 Tsp vanilla paste 
  • Honeycomb to garnish


  1. Place your rice in a pot on low heat, then add vanilla paste and honey into the pot and stir to combine.
  2. Combine milks into one liquid then bit by bit, continuously add you milks as the rice absorbs it all (exactly like a risotto). This should take about 20 minutes.
  3. Once the milks are fully incorporated, the pudding is ready to serve. Enjoy with the fruits of your choice or my personal favourite honeycomb.
  4. Note this is a great dessert that is vegan and dairy free.
