Ingredients:

  • Assortment of Sausages
  • 100ml Mayonnaise
  • ½  bulb of roasted black garlic
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • Long metal skewers

Method:

  1. Grill your sausages on your bbq until cooked.
  2. Wrap your black garlic in foil with a little oil and grill until soft and tender for about 20 minutes.
  3. Pound in a mortar and pestle until soft adding the lemon juice
  4. Fold through the garlic puree into the mayonnaise
  5. Season to taste
