- Spaghetti
- Tinned Tuna
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Anchovies
- Capers
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Parsely
- Chilli (optional)
- Cook your pasta according to the packet.
- Chop your garlic & Anchovies and add them to a pan on medium heat with some oil. Followed by diced red chilli and roughly chopped capers. Sautee until soft.
- Add in some chopped cherry tomatoes and cook until softened with some more oil.
- Now add your tuna, break it up slightly and warm it through. Season to taste.
- Add your pasta to the pan, along with some pasta water and combine.
- Chop some parsley and toss it through.
- Ready to serve!
