Anita’s Tuna Pantry Pasta

  • Spaghetti
  • Tinned Tuna
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Anchovies 
  • Capers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Parsely
  • Chilli (optional)


  1. Cook your pasta according to the packet.
  2. Chop your garlic & Anchovies and add them to a pan on medium heat with some oil. Followed by diced red chilli and roughly chopped capers. Sautee until soft.
  3. Add in some chopped cherry tomatoes and cook until softened with some more oil.
  4. Now add your tuna, break it up slightly and warm it through. Season to taste.
  5. Add your pasta to the pan, along with some pasta water and combine.
  6. Chop some parsley and toss it through.
  7. Ready to serve!
