French Toast


  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 200ml milk 
  • 6 slices brioche bread/raisin fruit bread
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • Mascarpone to serve
  • Fresh berries
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • 3 tbs honey 
  • 200g butter 


  1. In the mixing bowl crack in your eggs and milk, then whisk together with some cinnamon.
  2. On medium heat, warm up a pan and melt some butter.
  3. One by one, soak your bread into the egg mixture and then add your slices to the pan.
  4. Cook until golden brown on each side and then ready to plate up.
  5. Serve with honey, fresh berries and Mascarpone.
