- 3 free-range eggs
- 200ml milk
- 6 slices brioche bread/raisin fruit bread
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Mascarpone to serve
- Fresh berries
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 3 tbs honey
- 200g butter
- In the mixing bowl crack in your eggs and milk, then whisk together with some cinnamon.
- On medium heat, warm up a pan and melt some butter.
- One by one, soak your bread into the egg mixture and then add your slices to the pan.
- Cook until golden brown on each side and then ready to plate up.
- Serve with honey, fresh berries and Mascarpone.
