- Assortment of Sausages
- 100ml Mayonnaise
- ½ bulb of roasted black garlic
- ½ lemon juiced
- Long metal skewers
Method:
- Grill your sausages on your bbq until cooked.
- Wrap your black garlic in foil with a little oil and grill until soft and tender for about 20 minutes.
- Pound in a mortar and pestle until soft adding the lemon juice
- Fold through the garlic puree into the mayonnaise
- Season to taste
