Chili Tuna Pasta BakeKhanh Ong
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 long red chili finely chopped
- 120g cauliflower finely grated or chopped
- 180g sirena tuna in chili oil
- 300g penne pasta cooked 3⁄4 way through
- 60g grated parmesan cheese
- Place EVOO in medium pan with garlic over high heat and cook for 1 minute
- Add chili and cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes stirring
- Add drained tuna and cook for 1 minute
- Pour pasta into a baking dish and pour tuna over the top and mix well
- Cover with cheese and place in an oven with the grill function for 5-8 minutes at 220 until brown
