Honey Cranberry Nut Bar
Khanh OngIngredients:
- 100g sunflower seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 100g chopped almonds
- 50g chopped pistachios
- 50g shredded coconut
- 60g dried cranberries
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- 180g honey
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
- Heat honey over a small saucepan or in the microwave until runny
- Pour over the nuts and combine well
- Pour mixture into a lined rectangle tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180
- Cool and cut up
