Honey Cranberry Nut Bar

Khanh Ong

Ingredients:

  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g chopped almonds
  • 50g chopped pistachios
  • 50g shredded coconut
  • 60g dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp salt flakes
  • 180g honey

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
  2. Heat honey over a small saucepan or in the microwave until runny
  3. Pour over the nuts and combine well
  4. Pour mixture into a lined rectangle tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180
  5. Cool and cut up
